Terms of Service
Last updated: July 11, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of OrgTide (the “Service”), an AI-assisted workspace for analyzing, building, and deploying Salesforce metadata. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
OrgTide connects to Salesforce orgs that you control and, at your direction, reads and analyzes org metadata (such as Apex classes, Lightning Web Components, Flows, objects, and permissions), generates proposed changes using AI, and deploys changes you explicitly approve. OrgTide is designed to never read, store, or transmit Salesforce record data (such as Accounts, Contacts, or any business records).
2. Your responsibilities
- You must have the right to connect and modify every Salesforce org you connect to OrgTide.
- You are responsible for reviewing generated code and metadata before approving any deploy. AI output can be wrong; the review step exists so that you — not the AI — make the final call.
- You are responsible for complying with your own organization’s policies and with Salesforce’s terms.
- You will not use the Service to build malicious software or to access orgs you are not authorized to modify.
3. Accounts
You need an account to use the Service. Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from the Account page, which deletes your stored data as described in the Privacy Policy.
4. AI-generated content
Code and metadata generated by the Service are provided for your review and use in your orgs. You own the changes you deploy. Generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your environment — the Service’s safety gates (diffs, tests, coverage, static scans) reduce but do not eliminate this risk.
5. Usage limits
AI generations are subject to fair-use allowances (daily, and where applicable weekly and monthly windows). We may adjust allowances to keep the Service reliable and sustainable.
6. Beta status
The Service is in active development. Features may change, be removed, or occasionally misbehave. We recommend using developer and sandbox orgs as your day-to-day workspaces — which the Service enforces — and treating production deploys with the care the built-in confirmations encourage.
7. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT GENERATED CODE IS CORRECT OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
